Ultraplus VPL Laser
Energist ultraplus VPL is one of the most advanced safest laser equipments in the beauty industry. The main advantage of this laser machine is that we can customise the settings for each client based on their skin type and their hair colour in order for them to achieve the best results for laser hair removal and laser skin rejuvenation. Energist ultraplus VPL laser machine is made in England and because it filters harmful wavelengths, it is very safe and effective with no side effects and downtime.
Ultrasound Fat Cavitation
Our ultrasound fat cavitation machine is made in Spain and similar to HydraFacial, it is quite hard to find any other clinics in Australia using this equipment for their clients. It is a very safe and effective equipment for reducing body size.
Similar to our fat cavitation machine, our radio frequency equipment is super safe and very effective and it is made by the same company in Spain and it covers treatments like radio frequency face lifting, radio frequency lymphatic drainage, stretch mark removal and size reduction.

We know it’s unconventional in our industry and we know we could charge more but we would rather stand by our ethics.

Medix Skincare & Laser Clinic Cancellation Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services.
Because your appointment time is reserved for you personally, the following cancellation fees will apply:
Less than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment will result in a charge of $50.
Not showing up for your appointment will result in 100% of the reserved service amount being charged.
If you are using a Gift Voucher and arrive late, your treatment time will be reduced and if you do not show for your booking, then the Gift voucher will be voided.
So that other clients are not kept waiting for their appointment, late arrival for your appointment will result in a shortened treatment time at full price.
As a courtesy, we will send you a text message and confirm your appointment one business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we’re unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
